I had not eaten all day and at 2 pm I was ready to devour a small goat whole (as if) so Yehmah and I went straight to the food. Their food is displayed and you're given the option to either; Build Your Own Bowl (BYOB) or order one of their signature bowls (The Ewa Bowl, The Ofada Bowl, The Jambalaya Bowl and The Classic Bowl)
Their bowls come in two options; Large and Regular

I felt I was too hungry to have anything but a Large, I was wrong, the food was more than I expected so the next time I went back, I respected myself and got a regular bowl.

We built our own bowls and to be honest it was fun. Here's how it works;

  1.  Pick a size - Regular or Large
  2. Pick your base - White rice, Coconut rice, Ofada, Jollof etc.
  3. Pick your protein - Chicken, Beef, Snails etc.
  4. Pick your sides - 2 for regular, 3 for large
  5. Pick your sauce - Spicy stew, Curry etc.
  6. Pick your topping - Extra Hot Green Chilli, Hot Rodo Sauce & Mild Rodo Mango Sauce
My Large bowl contained;
Coconut rice, Grilled Chicken, Moi Moi, a boiled Egg, Coleslaw, Spicy stew topped with Hot Rodo sauce. The Coconut rice was so delicious with generous amounts of crayfish and although I worried about collapsing my tower of food, the sectioning of the food worked out well and I ended up taking my leftovers home.

Yehmah's Regular bowl contained;
Mexican fried rice (they offer intercontinental options as well), grilled Chicken, fried Plantains, a boiled Egg, Spicy stew topped with Hot Rodo sauce. The regular bowl was very satisfying. The plantains were exactly right, you know, soft enough but not too soft. If you know, you know *wink

For drinks, they offer; water, soft drinks and juices.

The best part of my experience after the food was how polite all the staff were and how much attention was paid to sanitation.

PRICES
Regular - N1,450
Large - N1,950
