College kitchen- 45mins or less
Hey hey! So as you all will soon figure out, I'm a first class foodie hence my first blog post being about food.
Being in uni has made me fall in love with less time consuming recipes. I mean who has the time really. This recipe today is to get something awesome in less than an hour. Spaghetti chicken stir-fry with fried chicken (of course)
You'll need;
-spaghetti. Any kind would do
-chicken
-sausage (optional)
-Carrots (2 fingers)
-peas
-fresh tomatoes (sliced)
-onions (1 whole)
-green pepper (1 whole)
-seasoning cubes (2)
-curry (1 tsp)
-ground dry pepper (to taste)
-salt(to taste)
- vegetable oil (2 cooking spoons)
Procedure;
- wash and boil Chicken till tender. I usually add a seasoning cube, salt, some dry pepper and a little bit of onions. No water.
- add spaghetti to boiling water and boil till flexible. Not soft.
- dice some up and set aside
- wash and cut up vegetables
- heat a pan, put in your oil and fry up the whole chicken till golden brown. When so, take them out.
-add your cut up chicken, sausage, onions. Let it fry for about a minute then add vegetables.
- spice to tastes
- add spaghetti in little bits and stir.
- serve
Feel free to share your experience with this recipe. I'm waiting!
Real foodie. Looks very ready for consumption. :-D
