Ladies fingers

Sorry people for being MIA lately, had a little issue with all them devices and shii.

Today I'm  introducing my sharp sharp pocket friendly okro soup recipe.

You'll  need;
- okra ( 10 -15 fingers)

- Beef, chicken, fish  ( 1 or all of em ;) )

-dry fish ( 1 or 2 small to medium)

-crayfish ( 1 cooking spoon (I like a lot of          crayfish))

- salt ( to taste )

- Pepper ( as desired)

- onions ( 1 whole )

-palm oil  ( 3 cooking spoons)

Procedure;
- wash meat and place in a pot. Season to taste ( add salt, pepper, seasoning  cubes, crayfish and 1/4 of your onion)

- allow to steam in its own juices, then add water little by little  till meat is soft add dry fish. Make sure you have stock left.

- place a clean pot on fire. Add your palm oil and chopped onions. When oil is hot add chopped okro ( I usually grate mine..it's smaller. The smaller the more it'll  draw)

- fry okro for a bit and add meat stock in little quantity till all the stock is in. Add water to get the consistency  you want. Add meat and other orisirisi. Leave to boil for about  10 minutes or less.

- it's ready!!!
