Garden Egg Sauce - first attempt

Been having problems  publishing blog post recently sorry guys.

Anyway to the exciting  part!

Got really tired of eating  the same things and decided to explore new recipes  and experiment. I have tons of new exciting  recipes I'd like to share.

Today's post is more of a pictorial. Personalize this recipe  however you want to....play!

Ingredients ( 2 servings )

-garden eggs  (4)

- Beef (just a little bit)

- onions ( half of a whole )

- pepper, salt, seasoning ( to taste )

- palm oil ( 2 cooking spoons )

- locust beans AKA Iru ( I didn't use this since its unavailable where I am currently )

You can serve this with boiled or fried yam or boiled or fried plantain.
