NOODLES

Hey hey!!
In the spirit of quick cooking, and as a student I must introduce you to how I make my noodles (indomie). I like mine with a little liquid in it, kind of soupy.

Ingredients: ( 1 serving)

- 2 packs of your favourite indomie. I like the green one. Onions flavour I think it's called.

- 1 carrot. Diced.

- quarter of an onion. Sliced.

- half a teaspoon of pepper ( could be fresh chopped, fresh blended, or dry pepper).

Procedure;

- place a small pot on fire. Add one and a half cups of water to it. Let it boil.

- add your noodles into the boiling water. Let cook for about 2 minutes

- add seasoning from the sachet that comes with the noodles and in the case of the onion flavour the oil. Also add your extra pepper.

- when it's almost done, in my case a bit translucent with some water left add carrots and onions also add your pepper. Stir.

- serve hot.

I sometimes add crayfish to my noodles but that personal. You can play up this recipe by adding mince beef, chicken, cornbeef....
