BBQ and Cravings - Restaurant Review

My friend, a fellow foodie had some pictures on his phone that had me tearing up. The food looked so delicious! I found out it was from BBQ and Cravings so of course I had to go and get my own.

Walked in there one hot Saturday afternoon and loved the vibe of the place with pictures of African artists. Quickly realised people prefer to order and have their food delivered to them at home than come there as we were the only ones eating there. Its a different story in the evenings though

The lady taking our order recommended I try one of their famous burgers but I was bent on eating what I had seen in the picture on my friends phone.

We didn't wait for long before our food arrived. I didn't even notice the wait as I was grooving to the sounds of Fela that filled the air. If you follow me on my social media @sharonabak you would know how much I love Felas music.

I cant lie, if I had the stomach space I would've eaten the two plates alone. The food was gooood. Especially the ribs.

My dirty politician was a plate of sauteed steak meat, with onions and green peppers covered in melted cheese served on fries. Guys! I wish I had gotten more cheese and after my little experiment, I discovered the meal is mind blowing if you mix the ribs sauce with it.

The STBF ribs is basically Pork ribs served in bite sizes and tender enough to make your experience easy. My friend got these with fries and a side of "coleslaw" and garlic bread. I was confused as to why they had green pepper in the coleslaw but hey! That's definitely something I'm glad to overlook.

Their drink menu consists of water and cold soft drinks sold at regular price.

As a plus they have their full menu on their website with pictures and up to date prices.

Their interior has white boards that customers sign on which I totally loved. So if you see the name Shelley written in a heart, that's me!

I'm definitely going back to try their burgers and eat my way through their menu as they are not too far from me.
